Return and Exchange Policy
• All purchases are considered final sale. We are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for orders that have received the correct item.
• Once an order is submitted, We can not make modifications, updates, or changes to the order, including names, address information, or payment details.
• Please note that box damage does not meet the criteria for a return, exchange, or partial refund.

• Kindly be aware that purchases made in physical stores cannot be returned through our online platform.

• Please be advised that we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges based on our discretion.
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Should an item be sent back without prior communication with our customer service, we retain the right to disregard the return and withhold any potential refund.
• Potential grounds for the approval of a return or exchange for your order include
instances such as receiving an incorrect item or obtaining an item in the wrong size.
• Items must be returned in the following condition:
• New Condition
• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
• Tags must be attached (when applicable)
• If you are returning shoes or other footwear, the original box must be included, free of damage and shipping labels.

• All draw entries are considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged in the event of winning the draw.
• Winners for the draw will be selected within a timeframe of 24-48 hours after the draw closure.
• Only draw winners will incur charges, and they will receive an email confirmation
containing an order number.
• If the payment for the draw is declined by your bank, your draw entry will be invalidated.
• Invoices will not be issued prior to or following the draw.
• Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee the cancellation of your order. Please be aware of this before participating in the draws, as all orders are final.
• Size changes are not permitted after submitting your entry. It is advised to double-check and ensure the correct size is entered.
• You are responsible for providing the accurate address for your draw entry.
• Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified or
intercepted for delivery purposes. We will only ship to the address provided during entry.
• By entering the draw, you acknowledge and agree to be charged for the item's cost,including taxes and shipping fees.
• All draw entries are processed using the EQL draw platform.

• Draw entries cannot be canceled once they have been submitted.
• Once an entrant is selected as a winner for a specific launch, the product becomes unavailable for other customers to purchase.
• According to EQL's terms and conditions, "Verified entries are binding, and once an entry is confirmed, the retailer is automatically advised that you have agreed to purchase the product if you win.”
